It isn't easy to admit you need a hug, but

I wish I had children so they could enjoy my renewed spirit this evening and we could be equals for these passing moments
of uplifting compassion.

Visualize sometime in the decades ahead (when I hope the pain of loss is remote) being asked how did you cope? I respond,
"let me tell you about some little red hearts (LOL) and some folks sharing love and hope from afar", and subsequently relay the scenario.

"Did you know them"? Now that question I am certain will be in the conversation mix. In response, I take my then shriveled hand and scratch my head and ponder that profound question and simply respond, "I did not know their names, I did not know their ages, I did not know their genders, I did not know their ethnicity/race, religion or exact creed but of course I knew them! They were humanity at that moment in time at that place and space how much louder could their actions speak"?

Darn, then the nurse hits a button from 5 light years away stimulating my implanted electrodes and asks if I am ready to head back to my geriatric capsule through mind speak and I scream, "yep beam me up Scottie"!

Ready to regress to the second grade......LOL

1. I have a low post count, despite being a member almost since the beginning (on edit: I just noticed my profile says member since 2004, but I know I joined earlier, wonder what is up with that)

3. I tend to rub people the wrong way for a variety of reasons (combination of realism and idealism, people don't want to hear the truth or can't see it)
