I hate Texas

I hate how far away my sisters are.
I hate the weather.
I REALLY hate tornadoes
I hate the way the Repukes think they are better than everyone else.
I hate the looks I get from conservative bigots when my husband and I are together.
I hate the way people drive here.
I hate the lack of urban planning.
I hate the number of malls.
I hate the bad doctors here.
I hate how unhealthy it is.
I hate the air quality.
I hate how brown and dusty it gets.
I hate the number of SUV's on the road with just one person in them.
I hate the lack of museums.
I hate the number of chain restaurants and the lack of small family owned ones.
I hate how loud Texans talk... I mean REALLY!!
I hate how big the state is and how seemingly endless it is to drive out of it.
I hate the weather (yeah, I know I said that before)

p.s., The people are nice. If they weren't I would have truly lost my mind by now. :-(

Oh, and... :rant:

I won't bitch about the cold weather up here.

Today we just get dime to golf ball sized hail and thunderstorms.

Grew up there. I live in South Texas now. Weather's better, traffic not as bad, air quality much better.

BTW, if you are in Dallas and want to go to museums, go to Ft. Worth.

And, yes, I love the Kimbell Art Museum. :hi:
