What does it mean when I dream about being abandoned along the NJ Turnpike
Edited on Mon Feb-11-08 01:02 PM by LynneSin
there's a hidden meaing there I need to know!

My father (god rest his soul) was driving the car and there was a girl I knew from college along with an unknown 8 year old boy. I had no phone, no idea, no money no nothing with me. Oddly enough the girl from college called someone who happened to be standing in the area to tell me they would be back (never showed up). I was rescued by a Christian Cult where the women wore see-through burkas and nothing underneath. (There was so much cloth there - you didn't really see anything)

7. The father is your father. The girl is your soul mate. You should marry her if possible.
The 8 year old boy is your son from that wild sex you had at beach week the summer you graduated from high school. You should look him up if you can. He is in trouble and needs you. The women in transparent burkas have no meaning at all. They are just psychological noise resulting from sexual repression. You haven't been getting any lately, have you?

9. And that girl wasn't really that good of a friend
Edited on Mon Feb-11-08 02:22 PM by LynneSin
she lived across the hall from me and smoked way too much.

And I'm curious as to how I can have a long-lost son and not be aware of being pregnant for 9 months & giving birth.

11. details, details. No one said it would be easy. If you are not going to listen to my
interpretation of your dream why do you ask? And anyway, anyone who would have a dream like this has either been abducted by aliens at some point and/or was heavily into drugs so obviously you just have amnesia about the pregnancy.

10. What does that have to do with it? Soul mate is soul mate. It is quite clear from the dream that
this person is her soul mate. She will never be happy unless she acts on that information.

12. My interpretation:
You feel that men abandon you and place unwanted burdens upon you (the eight year old boy). The only real people you feel you can count on are other women.

13. are you going through any life changes lately?
I know nothing about dream interpretation, but this came up on my google search:

Abandon - Will live a long life. Isolation. Leaving behind an old self. Release from control of the old self.

15. Your father abandoned you...
...by dying. The girl you knew from college was actually you, from that period in your life, and the 8-year-old boy was you at age 8. The phone call was made, but no one ever showed up, because the past is the past and there is no going back there. You have a concern, or worry in your life that things you believe to be true may not be-- that the truth is hidden in plain sight. So the burkas, which are meant to conceal all, are laughably transparent-- what a joke on those women, who are trying to cover themselves with see-through material! And yet, "You didn't really see anything." Meaning: There are more ways than just the obvious to obscure the truth.

New Jersey Turnpike? I dunno. Some kind of Springsteen reference, probably.
