Not sure why I didn't like Syriana. Normally, I would love a film about geo-politcs such as that, and I love most of Clooney's projects.

1. Haven't seen Michael Clayton, but
yeah, Syriana was kinda blah. Basically "Traffic" except about oil.

2. Maybe it was the pacing of the story.
I just didn't get grabbed by it, where I would expect to really enjoy it.

4. In the hands of Robert Altman
it might've been spectacular. Nobody can work with a bunch of protaganists like Altman did.

3. That's the next movie on the hit parade.
Maybe tomorrow evening. Glad you liked it.

5. That's so strange, I had the opposite reaction. Not sure why I didn't like MC as much

8. It must just be personal taste.
The subject matter of Syriana honestly interested me more than that of Michael Clayton, so I would think I should have liked Syriana more. I usually love that type of film.

6. Syriana requires a few viewings......
because it is so dense. You can't grasp it all in one sittting.

9. Maybe I will try to catch it again on HBO.
I have watched it twice. I just don't know if I could invest myself in the characters.

7. It took me a few times to watch
If you read some of Bob Baers books it makes more interesting. That's who the movie is based around.

10. Syriana Made my Head Hurt
and I believe I'm a relatively intellectual person. This movie, however, made me feel stupid because I just couldn't follow it. It made me dizzy.
