Woke up in plenty of time to get to work, but I had to miss my workout.
That would have normally upset me quite a bit, but now I'm hearing that I'll probably be shovelling snow again on Saturday (which is a day I don't usually work out).
Last Saturday I spent 3 hours outside clearing the drive. I'm willing to bet I burned 1200 calories. My legs still haven't completely recovered. They'd better recover quickly.... 2 days and I have to do it all over again....
