So I canceled my credit card today
A few months ago (could have been much longer), they started making their bills look like bank statements. Indeed, the envelope simply says "Your statement is enclosed". There is NOTHING else on front of the envelope other than a PO box in Houston. On the back of the envelope it says "Visit us online for up-to-the-minute information about your account...and much more". WTF, so I can see how much interest they charged me today?

So as I said, I canceled the damn thing today and I told the lady in no uncertain terms why I was canceling and that it was clear to me why they make the damn things look like bank statements. The more people that are late, and the more often they are late, the more they make in interest (22% APR). So she lectures me how it is "my responsibility to open my mail and pay my bill (her word) on time". LOFL

I'll let you guess which bank.

5. I'm on the verge of doing the same thing. I also think that sometimes
I don't get a bill...they skip a month. Maybe it's me and I really should track this, but I'm suspicious.
