4. I was happy too, although I could have lived with one of the other
contestants, but not the OTHER one of the other contestants!

I thought they made a good choice, although the first one eliminated would have been my "second runner up"

Will they be doing a Season Five, has anyone heard??

16. Does your sig line belong on this board?
pardon me, but you are a very new member, with very few posts, and you have a hateful picture or photoshop of Clinton? Maybe you're not a troll, but if you're not, why don't you show some respect for the two nominees rather than try to undermine one? I don't support Clinton, but that doesn't mean I think it's okay to post such a hateful image. Even if you're not a troll, that picture is trollish.

i think people excused Christian's arrogance because of his age and also his talent. he also didn't come off in a mean personal way as that Santino and some others in previous seasons did.

I thought they were all excellent, but Christian's was more costume than clothing. I thought Rami's stuff was just really gorgeous, and he seems like such a sweet guy. I thought Jillian's stuff was great, too, but Rami had a few things that were just stunning.

Plus, high fashion needs drama, not an affect-less Jillian from Long Guyland or a dull Rami.

25. What is it about Project Runway?
I have never spoken to anyone who didn’t like the show! Well, maybe I am discriminating with whom I bring it up, but then we are like inane, energized and biased kids! My husband even watches it with me! I never watched reality TV before Project Runway, and it is the only show I watch, but they know drama!

Unlike a number of other reality competitions PR maintains a great sense of humor.

35. Chris was funny!
This last series seemed to have some pretty lack-luster competitors at the beginning; i.e.; Marion and Steven, though they had talent, they were introverted. Steven’s going away speech, saying he might become a recluse now like Norma Desmond, well he sort of over rated himself.

27. imho -- two things --
first is they are judged on something they have to actually make, build. -- AND every one of these people have been extraordinary with the sewing machine. -- and i mean all of them.
so we get to see people who are really good at what they do struggling to get to the top.

second is the tension of competition -- but in this case -- competition is somewhat redeemed because they are all pretty good at what they do.

it makes all the bitchiness a little more guilt free.

and then too you get to see people who aren't doing the usual thing to make a living -- they're a little diffirent and quirky -- and that's always wonderful.

29. Humor matters!
The personalities of the designers do make the show more fun! Heidi actually elicits emotions from them; she just casually asks them what is going on. You know, I didn’t like Michael Kors for a long time, until he cracked up at the wrestling model show, man, that just opened my heart to him.

Also, it is true; watching them create from the ground up is a thrill! Bitchiness is fun on the show, this last series when Carmen and Ricky got into it was the worst display, but even that was rather mild.

33. Donning the ruffles...
Do you think that he should have been tossed out during the prom dress challenge? That is, if the decisions were based solely on the challenge, and not what the designers have done or have the potential of doing, do you think he should have gone on? Don't get me wrong... I think he is 'fierce', but I always wondered about that.

Ultimately, I think the final three represented the best of the competition. This season, I could not pick a favorite!

37. I forget who did get tossed out that week.
Apparently, that one was worse. But I DO think Christian has been a favorite all along just becuase of the way he is and his age. It takes a lot for a young guy to take the pressure and remain creative and true to himself. I think he was judged more on the way he handled the prom dress thing more than the dress itself.

Lol... and this was just after seeing the reunion. I am not questioning his ability, but I was wondering how the decisions are made. I thought his dress was hideous compared to the person that got voted off (it was a halter dress). All in all, do I think he should have gone on? Of course! I usually don't like arrogant people (ala Santini), but I loved his attitude and self confidence. He will go places!

that high school prom goers would like to wear. Did you see Christian's dress? I would venture to say that most high school girls would not want to wear that dress. That is all that I am saying. I am not dissing on the fact that he is a brilliant designer.
