I'm sitting at my desk and there is sweat pouring off of me. I think it's the flu. Dammit.

2. Did you take your temperature?

Remove any warm clothing. Change to cotton.

If you have a fever, get in a luke warm shower. Bring the temp. down.

Do you have any Tylenol? If so, take two. Get some water to sip on.

I hope you take care of yourself and for cripes sakes....

Get away from the desk and go lay down with a light but warm, blanket.

You poor thing.... :(

But I'm sweating more if I'm not lying down. I have a low grade fever of 100.1F. I just took it. I feel gross.

6. That's not to high but it can make some uncomfortable.

If you sweat less laying down, then lay down!

Try to get some rest. Turn off the electronics and go to bed.

3. I have been sick since last Wednesday.

I always know I am about to come down with a cold when my throat starts to hurt. I can breathe as of now thanks to hot tea, and Tylenol.
