Name a film in which Samuel Jackson does not appear.
Go ahead and try--I'll bet you can't.

The Wizard of Oz: He's the tall Munchkin near the tree

West Side Story: He dances Rita Moreno's socks off

the list goes on...

24. Here's the chain
Edited on Sun Mar-23-08 10:50 AM by Orrex
Jurassic Park: Eaten by Velociraptor, which is in turn eaten by the T-Rex. No matter what you think you saw, this is the same T-Rex that rampaged around the city in Jurassic Park II, with Sam still rolling around in its bowels.

Then this same T-Rex is later killed and eaten (off-camera) by the Spinosauraus in Jurassic Park III, whose poop was shown onscreen (with the satellite phone in it). Well, Sam was in that pile right along with it.

QED.

65. The Perils of Pauline--a 1914 serial starring Pearl White,
part of which took place in New Hope, PA, on what has become known as Pauline's trestle, where Our Heroine is tied to the train tracks (a recurring pop-culture theme, even seen in "Dudley Do-right" cartoons) but alas and alack--this particular reel is missing, so that we may never experience the cultural frisson of seeing poor Pauline actually writhing on the rails, as the directors intended. This preceeded the career of Mr. Jackson by several decades, making his appearance unlikely.

66. You talk of missing reels and still claim that Jackson wasn't in the film?
I assure you that he was on the scene as poor Pauline was lashed to the rails.

"Several decades" my ass! Samuel Jackson has always been and will always be.

67. Now I kind of wish we had the missing reels--
I can easily imagine him hovering over our heroine, "Be cool now, litte lady, everything is all right," and informing the bad MF that lashed her there that he was, in actual fact, a very bad MF, and deserved to die like one, and that one Samuel Jackson would in actual fact, snap a foot off in the actual posterior of said MF before he would let him get away with debauching and permitting the empressage by rail of Pauline, and the absconding into the wilds of Bucks County by some villian, like the one in said old-timey film. And said old-timey villian would mustache-twirl slowly with fear and failure in his heart. Very.
