At my last full-time job (and I mean my LAST full-time job, as now I freelance), our department was on two floors. I told the truth about a situation and was summarily punished for it. My punishment: I was moved from the main floor to the basement. My coworkers bought me a red stapler.

That job was so hellish that I only wish I had gutted a fish on my desk before I left for good.

On edit: Hell YEAH I took the stapler with me when I quit!

25. Not many movies actually show what it's like at work
You generally get a few scenes of the main characters at work. But you don't get a sense of the day to day vibe. The birthday cake scene in "Office Space" recaps that unique awkwardness that is the office forced-march birthday party. The standing around. The waiting. The weak jokes.
