Do you do anything if you see an infant in a car driving without a booster seat?

Seriously, they can hardly see over the dashboard. I think it's frakking dangerous, and I'm sick of it.

Especially when they're smoking.

I'm sorry, call me a prude or a luddite or child-hater or whatever, but I just don't think infants should be smoking while driving. They just don't have the motor control yet to multitask like that.

A phone book was good enough for me when I was an infant. Kids today and their booster seats. Pshaw!
