Today has been a day of practically sustained anger!!!!
crap crap crap at work from the get go.

then more crap crap crap at work :grr:

Some of it really some underhanded shit that I am not sure where it is coming from or why.

Then, I've decided that lately I've been standing up for myself a little more all the way around, and at work, they don't like that. I am different and I've been called "out of it" "edgy" "angry", my response, hell yes I've been angry.

My anger is not inappropriate either at work. When people damage our credibility where I work and affect our ability to market, then I consider that fair game to express myself and use my authority (which isn't much) and noise making ability to get people to pay attention.

Today, my anger level reached a crisis level, and I was propelled through a layer of consciousness that I've not felt before. I totally didn't give a shit about what anyone thought. I used it constructively and got some things accomplished in appropriate and constructive ways.

Why do I feel the need to post this here? Mainly because I can :D

:hi:

2. I've managed
to be able to go to my office, vent to people who are with me on this, and find that no one who should know, seemed to know shit.

5. Oh geez do I understand
I had a job like that. Turned me from a polite person into a raging maniac. I can't stand underhandedness/backstabbing/twofaced people.
Wondered what was up with you and the multiple angry song threads...

8. My dear Southpawkicker!
Well, sweetie...

That sounds like a very appropriate use of your anger, yes it does!

It's a good way to be in control, and not let things run you!

9. SPK.... hope you are OK now.
"Today, my anger reached crisis level"...I worry about you sometimes.

Funny thing about that kind of anger... it can build up and lead to stress-related problems. Sometimes it's better to let it out, sometimes not. If it was constructive, then you made it work for you, I guess. Just don't pop a blood vessel, or something!!!

I just hope you are feeling better.

12. Thank you so much
for posting this. I can really appreciate what you said because I'm still quite irritated with the day I had too - after 3 hours of sleep I went to work late, was lied to my boss which resulted in having to work 2 extra hours, then came home and faced family issues, and now, at 10 pm, I am having dinner....so I can go to sleep and face another fun day tomorrow.

Sometimes you just have to grin and bear it. Hang in there.
