those nights when it feels like there is no reason to go on.....you've had a couple drinks and its making you think.....dark has never seemed so black, sleep never so distance...and your heart, never so desperate.... Me.... I listen to music....my forever friend....and talk to my dad....RIP....sometimes yell at him....sometimes I just fill him in, sometimes I just want to feel his much missed presense...and he always comes through for me, just like the music..... some nights I even smell him

Well, not just animals. I've got a few anime plushies that are great to hug as well. And a few Ugly Dolls. Having something to snuggle makes me calm down.

I have only one stuffed animal like to sleep with...... a little frog my dad gave me the day I was born.......named Fleegie....unfortuantely he is so well loved that his fur has become thin and he leaks beads everywhere....not really conducive to sleeping. He had a long felt tongue hanging out of his mouth that has fallen off and been sewed back on its barely an inch long now...,but I love him and keep him close and give him a kiss every night before I hop into my now bead free bed

5. I used to have a stuffed frog when I was little,

it had a strange sort of noisemaker inside. I think we gave him away to to one of my young cousins years back.

My current favorite for snuggling is a huge 2 ft Ugly Doll that I got for my last birthday. In close second is a plushie of Byakuya from the anime Bleach, who's accompanied me to several exams in particularly stressful classes.

about 10, actually...raccoons, a bear, a frog and two penguins.

(...and a partridge in a pear tree!)

They are there to chase away the bad dreams. They seem to be doing a good job.
