dumpy and frumpy these days to warrant anything that nice.

really stuck in my head. i know that i am giving you unwanted advice but please bear with me.

In order to make any change in your body, you have to learn to love it, even if you are bigger/dumpier/flabbier than you want to me. Unless you love and respect your body in it current condition you will do nothing good for it.

He proves this with an example stating: think about a car you have owned in the past. if you think its a crappy car, do you give it the care and attention it deserves? no. if you like your car, like a brand new mercedes, you are much likely to treat it better. give it the attention it needs and wants.

Same with your body.

point is try to convince your body/self that you are worth it.
