Poll question: Which game show are you most likely to win
if the opportunity came along for you?

And no, reality shows, such as Survivor, Big Brother and such, need not apply!

Are you an expert at a few topics, or a dabbler in many? Are you best under pressure, or enjoy a lighter atmosphere? Do you pay extra attention to some details? Some of these shows don't exist anymore, but perhaps they should. If you think you are better suited to some other show, please post!

3. I totally suck at Wheel of Fortune

I always screw up the phrases. You know that classic George Bush clip where he tries to do the "Fool me once, shame on you" bit? That's totally me. If I were president and I was going to have a press conference, it would be one of my staff member's jobs to say to me before I go on "Mr. President, don't try any colloquialisms."

10. LOL!

The thought of Bush trying to say the word "colloquialisms" is also funny/disgusting :P

4. I think I would have done well on the old "Pyramid" game with
Dick Clark. I'd like to THINK I'd do well on Jeopardy, but I bet I'd freeze up or get categories about which I know nothing and I'd be gone in a flash *lol*

9. The show that was on cable for a short while, "Beat the Geeks".
I don't know much about TV shows since I've never watched much, but if it'd been me on the show during the episode where their guest geek was a Star Wars geek (one who didn't seem to know all that much trivia-wise, I might add. That, or she just got flustered by being on camera. :P ) I woulda mopped the floor with 'em.

13. I took the Jeopardy test
about 15 years ago, but was not in the cut. The day I went, there were about 70 or so people there, and out of the bunch of us, only two were chosen to go on. The test consisted of about 50 questions, set up in the same "answer-question" format that is part of Jeopardy. The questions were what could be classified as the highest money questions, at that time, $800 or $1000 questions. (Nowadays, it's double that in Double Jeopardy.)

I still think I should have made a second try before I left California. Either that, or Who Wants to be a Millionaire? :)

14. Jeopardy. I took the test in Washington D.C.
about six years ago, and would have made the cut, but when they told me I'd have to come up with the money to pay my own way to California (including airfare, hotel, food, etc.) for however long I was there, I backed out. We just didn't have that kinda cash sitting around, and I couldn't ask for a loan when there was no guarantee that I'd win enough to be able to pay it back. *sigh*

15. Don't forget the lyrics
I kill at that show, but am too shy to hop around singing and dancing like those contestants do. Besides, I cant sing worth a crap, I just know a lot of lyrics.
