2. Eritrean and Ethiopian music and dance is so sexy. There's also

a dance where they have a bottle of honey wine or ouzo balanced on top their head. It's pretty amazing.

In this video they pour out some wheat beer (Sua), then you see a woman roasting coffee beans (Boon). On the table is some Zabib (Ouzo). You see a yellow liquid. That's honey wine (Tej). the woman gets up with some popcorn. Pitching it around on the ground is an offering.

The musical instrument is an electrified Krar (Lyre),

If you haven't tried Ethiopian food, I highly recommend you give it a try. I love Doro Wat.

the Doro Wat is at the four o clock position. (near the hand) Near the top appears to be lentils.

7. Yes, both videos were from Canada

York University. I think it's near or in Toronto (which I think was once called "Fort York").

Since it's in Canada, I'm surprised it's not spelled "Yourk" :)
