My question mark key doesn`t work!

I have a weird Canadian bilingual keyboard on here, and my question mark key, for some reason, is non functioning! It just comes out as an accented e, like é.

Help me please.

:shrug:

Maybe you need to try vacuuming the keyboard or maybe you just need a new keyboard.

I have 2 brand new ones but I'm using the old one with all the lettering worn off.

Hence all my edits! :P
