My husband got the job!
About two weeks ago I asked you all for vibes when he went for the first interview. Thank you all for the well wishes! He went to two grueling interviews and made it through. He's been impossible to live with the past two weeks with the anticipation. ;-) We just got the call that he got the job and is to start June 9th. Thank you all again for the positive vibes :hi:

The benefits are great and there is a pension plan. It pays well enough that we will finally be able to get off of food stamps and medicaid. :bounce:

I am very proud of my husband. He deserves it. He has been at a job for too long where he is overqualified and underpaid. He works overtime everweek and we still qualify for food stamps and medicaid. Now we will be getting excellent benefits and a pension plan, plus an higher salary. This job help when he applies to grad school. His current employer has agreed to keep him on as per diem.
