I'm recovering from a stem-cell transplant to cure my leukemia. A few months ago I was bald as a bowling ball, but now it's really coming in.

Alas, I've been dyeing it so long that I never knew how gray it was! Salt and pepper, way too heavy on the salt.

It's been longer, it's been shorter. I keep thinking of cutting it cuz of the heat and waking in the night with it wrapped around my throat strangling me. But I like long hair, the way it feels on my shoulders and back.

24. 2 1/2 months ago my hair was to my butt.

I cut off 16+ inches, donated the hair to Locks of Love, have below shoulder length right now and feel wonderful that my old hair is helping those going through hair loss therapies to regain some of their self-confidence.
