I just kicked ass on the treadmill! (for me)
I walked over 3 miles and ran for 3 minutes to increase my heart rate - I feel soooo good! Now if I could stop eating crap I'd be doing 100% better!

Keep up the good work...it will change your life.

And please do not get discouraged if you miss a few days...just get right back on it! :hi:

2. Thanks, philboy!
We were in Europe for 16 days and worried about not going to the gym, but we must have walked at least a mile every day (and on some days it felt like 4-5 miles) - I was pleased to find that I hadn't gained an ounce after all that pizza, pasta and gelato!

3. You know....
Sometimes when you eat a lot and you think you have put on all this weight...you have not!!! And it is like a bonus when that happens. It means you can get back into your routine and continue like nothing happened.

Keep up the good work!

6. Europe is great for that walking. I failed to gain weight in 3 weeks of eating my
way across Spain, mostly due to all the walking.

And for some reason that bread they give you for breakfast in Europe really stays with you. I can go longer on that stuff than just about anything.

7. That's true
Our typical breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit and croissants - somehow we made it just fine and didn't feel the urge to snack like we do at home.
