Talk about CALORIES!!!
I bought a bag of these Tyson chicken nuggets today.

Chicken, with cheese and bacon.
Suggested serving size: 4 nuggets (Yeah right!) :sarcasm:
Calories: 240 :wow:

Good thing I ride my bicycle a lot.

1. Suggested servings are bogus, LOL!
I tend to eat about half the package, even if there are 4 or 6 servings per package. I mean, you're hungry, you made it, now you're gonna eat it, LOl!

For lunch unless you had something else. And most active men need 2500-3500 a day, right? So I'd say you're doing pretty good. Although it's a little more unhealthy than fruits and veggies. But we all have to live a little, right? :)
