Cat location update

After 2 months in boarding at the vet, the hordes FINALLY came home Thursday! They love the new place, have not gone bonkers from the ordeal, and Imhotep is very happy to be back with the rest of the crew (we fished him out 3 weeks ago and had him at my sister's condo before last week's move).

Now, if we can get Plato to stop jumping on the kitchen counter - oh ha ha... :rofl:

3. The vet was a block away, so we visited pretty much every day

But it was hard to see them in kitty condos, and only being able to let them out in the one large room. Fortunately, it took them no time to get used to light and dark again - of course, the sun comes up at like 5am this time of year up here... :P Pretty resilient little guys.

4. They didn't even freak out on the short trip from the vet to the new apartment

I think they knew it was going to be a permanent landing spot. Immie is glad to have his "troops" back, and Socrates and Neutrino are getting along at last.

6. It is...!

Next three big ticket items: I have to find a job, sponsor the s.o. for the immigration thing, and retrieve my car from Champlain, NY, where it's been languishing in storage for 2 months (long story).

At least we're in our own space now - and it's a very nice space. :)
