What is your FAVORITE commercial?
OK, okay, I know, most of them I hate too, BUT there is one that just makes me laugh out loud when I see it.

It is the devious gas pump that lets the air out the the tire of the Chevy Cobalt. "Gas Pumps Hate Us."

I think there is another one where the gas pump opens the car door and locks the driver's side door?

It's clever and cute, and brief. :D

13. What's that commercial where kids are dressed in suits and working in an office
There is one sort of portly kid (the boss) strolling amongst the cubicles. He gives another cubicle rat kid the eye-point signal with his hands, like, "I've got my eyes on you, buddy." I don't know why, but that little chubby kid just cracks me up.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

hit 250 pgs.!! For an MA thesis!! Hell, mine was about 98 pages.

Granted, half of that is her artwork from therapy sessions with the foster kiddies. I'm the master proofer. :D

22. For reasons I can't properly explain, I dig the "Most Interesting Man Alive" Dos Equis commercials.
"I do not always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis."


One of the few commercials that actually makes me want to buy the product, as opposed to the majority of commercials that leave me ambivalent and the disturbingly large minority of commercials that actually make me want to avoid the product at any cost due to the severe stupidity of said product's advertising campaign.

37. Those were classics. I remember one where George was trying to convince
Lennie (Of Mice and Men) to drive the new automatic Beetle to because it was so easy. People were understandably upset with the spot and it had to be pulled after running only a few times.

the one with the baby animals with the music "Forever Young." I think it was for Pampers.

Lately, I think the ones with the talking cars are kind of cute... I don't know what it's for, but the car is jealous about how the owner went off in a rental car and left it behind. At least those aren't obnoxious.
