It is most difficult to cook when hubby is allergic to Wheat and Squash
EVERY thing I wanted to fix today has some form of wheat and or gluten

why does tomato soup have wheat in it?


grrrrrrrrrrrrrr


I wanted to make a meatloaf but noooooooo

unless I make it with tomato sauce..?? Mmm may try it

he is not celiac but we follow that diet to be safe

....at least Campbell's does.

Sure, you can use tomato sauce or paste. Sometimes I use V-8 instead of other stuff.

Keep on plugging. It's really hard to cook for special needs diets. Do you know we have a baking and cooking forum here, with lots of friendly and helpful people?

and he has trouble breathing and loses his vision and then passes out

this has been a huge change for us.

He almost died a couple of years ago and that is when we found out about the squash. We had suspected bread, but didn't think about it being wheat...


had he not had an epi=pen he would have died.
