Spaghetti with home made meat sauce and for watching the CELTICS win cheese dip and chips
I won't give you my spaghetti recipe because it is my specialty but the cheese dip here ya go 1 can rotel tomatoes ( I use the mild) 1 can petite diced tomatoes 1 lb lean burger (optional) 1 block Velveeta cheese brown burger and crumble. chunk the Velveeta cheese. mix all together and add the tomatoes slow cook in the crock pot until all cheese is melted serve with Tostios...I prefer the scoops... muuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm gooooooooooddddddddddddd

1. rotel and velveeta, while delicious, is not a recipe
now i'm gonna have to go to the grocery when i get home.

it saves the day but I Have to cook two different bowls of pasta rice for hubby regular for the rest of the family
