Remember the character "Mr. Bill" from Saturday Night Live?
MasterCard has an ad campaign using Mr. Bill. One of these commercials came on last night while I was watching tv with my four year old son. He was laughing so hard, I thought he was going to fall out of his chair!!

I told him we would look up Mr. Bill on Youtube today, and he is all excited.

Sigh...like father, like son.

I'm so proud.

1. Oooohhhhh nnnoooooooooooooooooo.
everytime I hear my neighbor Bill call his dog I instantly sing "here comes Mr. Bill's dog".

p.s. a friend in Austin has many weird and entertaining stories about Mr. Bill's creator who used to/ or still lives in New Orleans. :-)

3. well
it's gross but amusing.

My friend and her boyfriend crashed a Mardi Gras party at his house (they know one of his acquaintances) and noticed a guy who for the duration of their stay merely sat in a chair speaking to no one. The boyfriend needed to use the restroom and upon exiting the man in the chair asked him his name and who invited him. Being a wise ass he answered he brought Mr. Sluggo to the party and now that he had "dropped him off" they were leaving. The guy said nothing and returned to his chair. As they hit the sidewalk they were informed they had greatly upset Walter, not so much for invading his house, but for referring to his work as shit.

My friend told me they sent him a letter of apology through the acquaintance but never heard back.
