Even if you were just glancing maybe you should get your eyes checked.

5. Par-tay!
Edited on Fri Jul-11-08 02:38 PM by Symarip
First, I'm going to get all my work done because my boss has his head up his ass and figure out how to schedule work week without fucking everything up and causing me to double up when there's really no need to...

Once that has transpired, I'm going down to Virginia Beach and hang with a few of the Left Coasters I know there. The day will include, but is not limited to:

* Drinking
* Going to the Beach
* Body Boarding (only tourists call it 'boogie boarding')
* Talking to a potential future ex-wife or two
* Not giving a fuck

Once the sun has set on Saturday, a few friends of mine from DC have a band and are also playing in the Va Beach area (www.thepietasters.com). It's at a karaoke bar. I have no idea what to expect but they're jolly drunks like I am and they put on a great show. So... It'll be fun, regardless.

Sunday, I'll probably just come back up here and go to work since I have a feeling my boss is undoubtedly going to fuck something else up that I have to fix.

Tomorrow is the Holiday Open House at the Hallmark store! They are premiering the new ornaments! :woohoo:

After all that excitement, I have a haircut and some shopping plans.

The kids are coming on Sunday to use the pool and stay for dinner.

32. I'm on vacation
next week!!!
Sat/Sun: do nothing, except go to grocery and visit Mommie Dearest, play with dog and read a backlog of Nations and TX Monthly's.
Mon: new kitchen stove delivered (yeah!). And, no, I didn't break the old one on purpose (I think).
Tues: go look for new LR furniture. Need a sofa/love seat or chair with otto combo. We need it, we're at the duct tape stage (it's the dog's fault, so let's put it on HIS credit card).
Rest of week: no plans, probably read the library or purchased books that are stacked up on the nightstand (my name is 'pede, did I tell you I'm a bookaholic??)

39. I gotta work tomorrow and Sunday
but Sunday night I'm planning on hanging out with friends and beating each other up. Virtually, at least. I'm a master at Soul Calibur and she's a master at Tekken. :) And her husband just watches, he knows he'd get his ass kicked if he tried to challenge either one of us. Although he is into some of the more in-depth games that I like, he was just showing me Assassin's Creed last time I was over there.
