Look what I just popped open :)

Bell's Two Hearted Ale from Beautiful Kalamazoo, Michigan. Part of my ancestral homeland.

MMMmmmmm good - I have 1.32 Gallons of this fine, amber colored floral hoppy perfection. It is an IPA, but if you fear the bitter beer - don't be afraid of this stuff. It's a little bitter, but more prevalent are the floral hops, making this a grassy, green-tasting beer.

Yum!

1. Since you're an IPA man, have you tried
Red Hook's Longhammer IPA? Now that is an un-bitter IPA. Very tasty.

3. I had it - it wasn't bitter enough :)
Hey - I'm a sucker for those tongue crushing piney bitter concoctions.

If you ever get down to O-Town, you can pick this stuff up at Knightly Spirits. Probably the best beer store in all of Orlando.

2. Phew! For a moment, I thought that'd be a pic of a cyst...
I'll try some of that ale... then maybe not PUI...

4. I think I've had that
I like that Third-Coast Beer (from Michigan) too. I can't get any Michigan beers in snobby Seattle.

5. Floral hops
don't much care for the Saaz hops floral quality but if you like that try this 500 year old Bohemian Wheat lager sometime. The black lager is 500+ year old recipe as well, still hand turned malts a truly hand crafted beer.

9. You know the Scotch Affectionado has much in common with the Beer Affectionado

The main ingredient, other than water, is malt.

You guys distill, we ferment.
