I love my landlord

Remember the problems we were having with Strata? Well, they fined my landlord $400 for TWO noise complaints... the ONLY two since my roomie took over the lease a year ago. Then, they included a bunch of allegations we'd never even heard of. Such as, at 3:30 in the morning a group of men trying to get into our sweet and causing a disturbance. None of us had any visitors expected and security didn't even call to tell us. So, how the hell do we know this even happened? The fines all tallied came to $1,100.

Anyway, our landlord knows the BS involved with living here. So, he showed up today, with a lawyer and sat down with the building management company head. He listed off all the people he was going to sue if they don't shut the fuck up. He even included the woman next door who made a noise complaint at eight at night while we were watching a boxing match.

Tee hee hee.

What is "Strata" anyway? Is it a person, a group, or what? I've never heard of such a thing here...

There's some really complainy people living there.
