I can think of one, at least--"Shit race." I use it when I am on a dual lane highway, and both the car in the left lane and the car in the right lane are driving at the exact same speed, all 10 miles below the speed limit, so you are unable to get by, and it annoys the hell out of you.

I also had "Schlock Pop", which I use to describe those bad 1980s pop ballad songs featuring excessive keyboarding. You know, your Rick Astleys/Spandau Ballets/Howard Joneses of the world. But I think "Schlock Pop" or "Schlock Rock" may actually be an actual phrase that someone else came up with, so I guess it's not that unique to me.

14. I thought of putting "Regime change begins at home" on a sign at a demo at the UN on 9/12/02
before I actually started seeing that phrase on signs, buttons and posters that fall and winter. I don't claim credit for it. I didn't actually put it on a sign, I just told my wife who was with me at the demo (the first against the Iraq war that I know of) that I wished I had a sign with that phrase on it. It was a phrase that was bound to be coined sooner or later.
