Remember...when making any Cedar Plank dish, your best friend is your water-filled squirt bottle. The edges of the plank went up in little flames 3 to 4 times throughout the 25 minute cooking time (that's normal).

I marinated the tilapia in 1/4 cup fresh sqeezed lemon juice, the zest of 1/2 a lemon, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus freshly ground pepper and a pinch of dried dill weed. Came out nice and flaky, moist, with a nice "smoked" tang to it.
