Semi-amazing story about a rat!
The other night, Huntington's water bottle started to leak in his cage.

When I got up in the morning, I saw that he had pulled an empty food dish over and put it under the spout of the water bottle. Smart rattie!

3. I named me Tucker!
It's my pen name, after a really cool car that was ahead of its time and had three headlights.

My actual name is something quite common, like "Sally Andrews" or something.

It's nice to see another Tucker, though! :hi:

7. I've had Ratties my whole life...
...and they are definitely one of the great pets.
When in high school I had a Rat named Mary that would sleep with me at night. (foot of the bed, snuggled under the sheet)
What a sweetheart!

11. I once took care of a friend's pet rat for a week
and I was quite impressed at how smart it obviously was. Especially compared to the guinea pigs I was also minding that week.

22. What a smart little guy!
That was a heartwarming story. I love pet rodents of all kinds. Reminds me of my biology's teacher pet rat, who lived to the ripe old age of 4. He was a smart critter too.
