You can only do it through your provider, not on the phone.

4. Me too. There is a number I would like to block on my cell, but
according to the manual (can you believe I actually read the manual?) this is not possible.

5. I don't think there's an easy answer...
It probably depends on your provider. I know I was getting text messages from some random person that wouldn't stop even though I told them I was not the person they thought I was. My provider at the time said I couldn't block one number from sending me messages- it was an all or nothing thing. That seemed really stupid to me.

For the record, I handled it myself by calling the person's number probably 50 times over the course of the day (and night). They got the hint.

Unknown numbers are another matter....

7. A blocked call implies non-accepting.
However, as to the question you meant to ask, you probably need to call your cell phone provider. The providers seem to have differing ways of handling the situation of blocking certain callers.
