I *nailed* the bitch!
That black widow that was behind the garage door that caught the snake a few days ago?

I just went in there and put the SMACK DOWN on her ass with a lathe.

Usually I leave the little critters alone, but she was just cramping my style.

THIS IS SPARTA! :o

1. Uh-Oh, bad luck.
It's bad luck to kill a spider, that's what my mom always says. Throw some salt over your left shoulder quick.

3. I've heard that too
But I also think it might be bad luck to have a black widow web blocking one of the three doors to your house.

She's been bugging me for months, and I can just see myself forgetting she's there. :scared:

She was also bad luck for a little snake the other night. :(

2. A black widow that did in a snake??? How did I miss that thread????

Once had a black widow at a place out in the northern NV desert (Carson Valley) that backed up to BLM land.
She was easily as big as my hand.... :scared: :scared: :scared:

4. Yeah, I think the snake might have made it.

At least, I freed it in the yard and I haven't found it since.

Black widows are not cool.

5. You are one Bad Motorscooter XemaSab!
The fact that you can even lift a lathe, much less to smack down a Blackwidow impresses the hell out of me! :applause: :hi:

8. Oh, I see.
Yes, a lath would be a much handier weapon than a lathe. Either way though, your still a Bad Motorscooter!:)

7. I was thinking the same thing....
"How the hell did she pick up a piece of industrial machinery and hit a spider with it?", followed immediately by "Why does she have a lathe in the first place?"

11. Okay, so just to clarify...
You looked at the spider.

You looked at the baseball bats you've hand-crafted.

You looked at the lathe you hand-crafted the baseball bats on.

And you thought "Heyyyyyyy... that would be perfect!"

:-)

12. It's like you read my mind...
I mean, it's a black widow. It's poisonous, and you want to make sure you really SMASH it on the first go.

15. Well, there's a difference between "smashing"...
...and "molecularly bonding to the concrete"!
