So, I've decided I need a good, stable relationship.....

However, there's a problem. I had a number done on me a couple years ago. Since then I've only been in two modes, "Detached drunk" or "Flaming manwhore looking for sex, not phone numbers."

So, I'm trying to get into "Dude looking for long lasting meaningful relationship" mode. I'm finding it hard. If there's a girl I actaully LIKE and want to "date" I'm timid. If I'm just looking for a roll I'm totally brave.

This presents an issue.

Maybe if I just drink enough and keep sleeping with everyone I'll meet that special person?

I suspect that's why you want to keep drinking!

But that's not the way to do it...

Move slowly into this new mode...

Give yourself time to get more comfortable with it...

Be yourself!

Be timid for as long as it takes to get comfortable...

You will find someone worthy of you...and who you're worthy of too...

find someone you are interested in
and tell them WHY you can't give 100%, YET

if they want to pursue a relationship, they will help you to let go and open up....
