13. No.
But it doesn't stop the youngbloods from assuming that it does, no matter how many times the question is asked and answered.

Talk about infuriating. My life didn't really start until I hit thirty. Having some youth remaining while at the same time having the wisdom of some years to make the best of that youth is a very enviable position to be in.

15. Nope.
:spray:

No, no, my dear, it is not all downhill. Believe me, it's uphill! Like the guy rolling the stone.

Kidding. There is a helluva lot of goodness, personal relief, forgiveness, and peace that come with the wisdom of age.

There's also fun. Fun at the expense of the young. My favorite is when a younger person is being snarky and superior, I like to say, "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm not young enough to know everything."

:hi:

16. 31, and just like all the grownups told me as a kid
my body is completely falling apart - every day a new tweak or pain, and i'm finding new ways to limp around to all these new doctors in my datebook...

even though i work out four times a week, its like this all happened overnight:evilfrown:

21. age is a state of mind
I know 20 somethings that am older then I am.

I recently read some Charles Bukowski that was written when he was 72. It is much better then the stuff written in his "prime".

23. My dear IndianaJones!
Are you kidding me?

30 and over?

My god...

I am 64, even though I don't look it, act it, or think it!

And I'm having a wonderful life, with the end still far, far away...

Good grief!

I think that life pretty much starts at 30!

:P

26. i hope not, cause i'm hitting 30 in a few months
i plan on my 30's being my favorite decade in my life. My 90 year old grandpa told me his favorite time was his late forties...the "prime of life" he called it.

life never ends unless you want it to...if you think life is dull or "over" then just find something else to do.

27. Hay-ell no. I turn 50 on Sat.
I'm having my Red Hat birthday party with family and friends, and then the actual "reduation" the following Thursday. I am slowly getting working through the death of my husband in March, and have started to "date" again, as he would have wished. No, my life is not over, but starting again. The genetic warranty goes to at least the late 80s, if I take care of myself.

Okay, I weigh a little more and tire more easily, but am otherwise the same person.

34. 30's only about 1/3 through with life
I'm 37 and I remember every day that I've probably got at least 40 more years. As horrible as the news makes me feel I'm not really looking forward to it but anyway when I look at my parents I see people starting new careers and opening new businesses when they're like 55. .. NOT that I'll be able to do what they're doing, I mean I'm already ready to check the hell out of this world, but I think every single day of how I'm not even half done here yet
:scared:
