McCain sent my mom a letter in 2003
It was just before the invasion, she sent him a letter asking him to let the inspectors do their job and lists her reasons why. Then he sent one back and signed it. He says that there is strong evidence to wmd and we exhausted every peaceful approach and that war was the last line of aproach. I'm paraphrasing that I don't have the letter on hand because my mom has it.

Also, in 2001 I was in high school about a month after the attacks when I was living with my grandma in flagstaff, to a relatively small school compared to Phoenix and Vicinites as well as Tucson. He explained what was happening, what it means to us, and answered questions. It was only to seniors so I was outside when he came out of auditorium and he was shorter then me and I was 15. I thought he was much taller due to tv I guess

Not very interesting, not that I cherised the moment of seeing him. One of the best experiences of my life was when I went on a school field trip to Arizona State University to see the President speak at a campaign rally in 1996. I didn't know anything about politics, I was only 10 years old, I just 'liked the guy' and I rooted for him during the election. We did votes at school and I remember Clinton winning.
