Name something you like about the night.
I like night blooming jasmine, it smells so sweet on a soft breeze. I also like flora and fauna that are bioluminescent, lightening bugs, mushrooms, jellyfish, plankton. I like moonbows and have seen one once during a full moon.

1. It's cooler, and my dogs have more fun outside because of it.

2. It's cooler than the day
I can often smell an ocean breeze

There are less cars out, making cruising around on a bicycle much more enjoyable

You can sometimes see someone pulled over for DUI and failing the line-walk miserably.

3. At 2am...
if you're drinking nobody looks at you funny. Once the sun comes up, you'd think that people think you've got a problem or something.

4. Everything
The way the air smells. The silvery light of the moon. Stars. The way things seem quieter at night, at least in nature.

I love the night. I'm a skygazer.

5. It's dark.
Bats and nighthawks are flying around, and it's cooler and quieter. I like the sound nighthawks make.

6. Less traffic.
When planning a cross-country drive, I always try to do a good majority of the driving at night. With good music in my CD player and no obstacles in my way, I can happily go forever on the highway. :)

11. Less traffic, fewer people,...
...less hustle-and-bustle, cooler, cleaner, more subtle and nuanced.

The day is a parade. The night is a poem.
