The first night game at Wrigley Field. Except that it was rained out and played the next night. Mark Grace and some other players used the field tarp as a "Slip 'n Slide" to entertain the fans. I think they were fined for endangering themselves or something.
It was a big day in Chicago.

Chi-town had been in the grip of drought all summer. On that night, and only on that night, it rained -- after people had plunked down $thousands for seats to be a part of history. :eyes:
