1. Ha! I hate Olympic volleyball...
Just like 2004, I swear that every time I turn it on...more volleyball. I want to see swimming, gymnastics, and track, damnit. x(

2. I like it all
I prefer women's volleyball, and not for the obvious reasons, of course that doesn't hurt, but men's matches are boring because guys just smash the ball so hard finesse isn't as big a factor as the women's games. Personally, I wish they aired more wrestling, as boring as it is to some, that's my thing. I knew a guy who made the Olympic team this year, but his weight didn't qualify for the Olympics and he can't compete. He's a world silver medalist too, one of the top 5 guys in the world, at least, but he can't get his shot because of a technicality. Sucks!

I'm more of a Winter Olympics fan, but I do like some of the summer events as well.

4. oh yeah Winter Olympics is awesome!
I like both, I'm a huge sports fan, raised as a competitor, competed internationally etc. I love greatness. If Michael Phelps is swimming, I'm watching, if some world champ figure skater is skating, I'm watching and on and on and on.

You know what I got into big-time a few years ago during the Winter Olympics? Curling! I couldn't get enough of it. I was waking up at 4am to watch women's curling, it was insane!

:D

Plus, figure skating, slalom, downhill, luge, and bobsled. But yeah, I just love the competitions in general. I was fascinated by the Women's Fencing today. :D

15. Curling is great fun to watch
I got into it during the Salt Lake games. We went to one of the skiing events that year, and they bussed all the spectators up to the site, so those of us on the earlier buses spent a lot of time just hanging out near the bottom of the run waiting for the event to start. To keep people entertained they showed other events on the big video screen, and everybody in the crowd was totally enthralled by the curling. It was a lot of fun, and I've been hooked ever since.

14. I rather doubt the Ragin' Cajun ever had a body like that.
But there is some facial resemblance.
