As the divers started twisting and somersaulting off the board it just became full of little blocks. As soon as the motion stoped it became crisp again. I know the broadcast is in HD but it honestly looks better during the actual dive on my old analog tv.

Is this normal? Do I have some kind of sitting that is wrong? It is a 50" plasma tv.

1. That will cost them points on their score
The divers are not supposed to disaperate or dispixelate in any way during their dive. Points are deducted.

It's a subtle mistake, that only shows up on very good televisions.

:hi:

2. It means that Tron is competing in this years 3m platform
He's also heavily favored in the cycling, jai alai, and frisbee competitions.

3. I have this type of problem with digital satellite, even though its not an HD signal...

just digital. Basically you encountered interference, the difference between digital and analog when it comes to interference is how it handles it, in both cases, the screen may breakup, but for digital it leads to those big blocks of data where the screen freezes or blacks out. On analog, it just becomes fuzzier, the snow effect, or, worse case, it also loses tracking information(rolling effect) as well.
