8. I bought a cheap .info name and hosting. I couldn't open the files

to edit. I got some condescending little guy asking what I was using to edit my HTML, as if I had no clue. I got a refund for the hosting. :eyes:

3. Not sure about publishing

My boss has been using them for about a year now. The website service.. I dunno. Our site is poorly designed, our fault, so theres not much I can blame on them there.

The email they do for us is a different story. We got blacklisted by a number of agencies, apparently due to some weaknesses that allow virus spam through their systems. I think that has been resolved, since my boss hasn't bitched about that issue in about 6 months now, but I recall him saying that he was going to switch to using a hotmail account to contact those agencies, so it could still be in effect.

On the other hand, the few administrative changes I have had to make were very easy to do, using their system.
