2. That SO reminded me of my incident with a trampoline...
To the point that while watching I got that horrible weird sensation of dread in my gut.

I was on a trampoline with two other people -- one guy who weighed 240 lbs, another who weighed 140. I didn't time the jump right. I came down as they came up -- and turned my ankle.

Tore a ligament in it.

The other ligament tears (to the other ankle) I've gotten were in college -- I'd spent the night in my boyfriend's dorm room, and no girls were allowed from midnight until noon. I slipped and fell down the stairs, turning my ankle and landing right on it. I used the adrenaline/endorphin rush to get out of the building. When I got out and sat on the concrete outside the building, the pain finally broke through the adrenaline rush, and I HOWLED in pain. That one got 2 ligaments.

My doctors tell me I should break my bones instead -- that bones heal faster. Since then I've had three more sprained ankles, including one just stepping out of bed. I've also dislocated my kneecap (slipped on an icy curb, landed right on the knee) and tore the MCL.

They should have named me Grace.

8. Ouch that looked like it really hurt
I imagine it was hard to explain what happened in the ER, unless they brought the camcorder with them.
