Does anyone here work for a railroad?

I was notified today that my application to a railroad company has been taken to the next step and I'm going to have to take a test. I was wondering what kind of test that might be, and if anyone had any tips?

1. I did, years ago, but it was clerical work

and I don't remember having to take a test. What kind of job is it? The railroad industry is a good place to be these days.

6. Eye test to see if you are color blind.

They have signals red,yellow and green to tell you if a train is coming. If you don't pass,you don't get the job.

If you're in an operating position they'll giver you a periodic test also.

Other than that, there might be a skills and/or fitness test depending on what you applied for.

(Worked for a railroad for 17 years)
