Something weird happening from weather.com?

Something weird happening from weather.com?

My Outpost firewall logs show suspicious packets from there, like:

2:11:49 PM Block IN TCP 65.207.183.129 80 (My Computer LAN Address) 50662 FIN ACK Blocked by the Attack Detection component

They've only happened today. I looked up the intruder, and they do have a record:

Should I be concerned? I do have desktop weather (WeatherPulse, which is supposedly safer than Weatherbug.) You'd think my router would stop them.
