edited to add that a pie is only as good as it's crust and I make the perfect pie crust.....after searching for the perfect recipe for over 20 years...

and I make a hell of a great meat pie too. I could make a fortune selling them if I had the time to start a business. I have a crazy assortment of pie equipment (pie birds, crust pellets and shields). I am dead serious about pies.

Although I haven't had it in years. I'm also a casserole fan, but Mr. MG isn't, so I haven't had those in a long time either. I make shepherd's pie fairly often--yum!
