You gotta love our company's construction managers:

Got this email from one of our crack construction engineers:

<Richardo>,

I spoke to ________ about the required orientation of the <pieces> on the transport to facilitate the unloading.

Upper <piece>: load the top of the box to the back of the transport.
Lower <piece>: load the feet (bottom) of the box to the front of the transport.

Let me know if you need clarification.
