I do not want to go out again this evening.

the rose. Finished that and uncorked a bottle of a Spanish Red that I like quite a bit. Has a purty label..flamenco dancer. It is a very non tannic but at the same time not esp sweet red. Nice..also good chilled.

I overcooked the steak though. Damn, it was still a bit icey in the center and I let it cook to long on the second side. It was marginally ok. I have done better, and while Albertson's has reasonably good beef, Central Market is a double cut above. I only buy CM steaks when I have a $10 off in the steak dept coupon..(coming up between Aug 25 and Sept 7. I will get a NICE sirloin then, cut it up into 3 or 4 nice pieces and have steak for grilling or stir frying.

I get Albertson's on the buy one get one free deals they offer regularly, along with boneless skinless chicken breast and pork chops.
