3. None of the choices do anything for me...
...so I'll take some good quality vanilla ice cream, scoop myself out a big bowl, and add a generous splash of Penzey's double strength vanilla extract.

Makes me happier than anything else I've ever tried. I swear, it's better than sex...

reminds me of the Farrell's "Super Purist" that I used to down with gusto.

Six scoops of vanilla ice cream with one pint of hot fudge.
No Nuts.
No Whipped Cream.
Just ice cream and hot fudge.

5. Toscanini's or Christina's Ice Cream
local ice cream parlors that have incredible flavors (not to mention a shitload more butter fat than your average pint of Haagen Dazs).
I get a serious sugar buzz from ice cream.

My other favorite poison is a Cosmopolitan made with a Citron vodka like Absolut, Grey Goose, or KEtel One, and garnished with lemon and not lime.

I don't do drugs (anymore)...

8. I love Tosci's
Especially sweet cream and earl grey. I must report that Haagen Daz has released a new flavor called Tres Leches that is rather seductive when Tosci's just isn't possible.

but Tosci's has some DEADLY chocolate flavors (good for the PMS craving!) Their hot fudge is to die for too-again, it's mostly BUTTER.

I love Haagen Dazs' 'Dulce de Leche', so I will have to try their new flavor (though being on the Atkins diet, it will probably send me into glucose shock...)

It generally puts me in a better mood and makes simple things seem intersting. I really don't think it would be enough though if I had to be alone for months or even years, but I haven't tried the strong drugs and wouldn't want to be trying them for the first time alone on a deserted island.

30. Well..
When I was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1999, I had two surgeries and ended-up spending quite a bit of time on IV Demerol. Wow.

Second place.. When the docs didn't have me on Dem that summer, they had me on Percocet. I didn't object one bit.

I don't drink that much. Maybe once a year. And smoking anything will give me a horrible asthma attack. Too chicken to try anything else.

38. I had a half of Holy Joe today!
Seriously, it was a new beer at the Great British Beer Festival! It was OK, fair to middlin you might say.

On a soft drinks note, has any one ever heard of Lizard Lava, Sobe Power or any other Such drinks? I found this stuff in an Earls Court Newsagents and whilst it was expensive it was very nice and I would like to see more of the stuff imported into the UK.
