So my crazy roommate might actually be moving out!

No more crazy crap cluttering every single surface of the house.

no more yappy dog.

no more loud sex with the creepy little man that practicaly lives here, while I'm trying to eat.

no more insane screaming at said yappy little dog or creept little man at the top of her lungs.

However - i have no furniture of my own for the living room - so now I've got to redecorate. which is ok - I just need to figure out how to afford it. I want a sectional. I need a coffee table. And a computer chair. And possibly a dining room set, but that will have to wait. I will also need shelving. Hopefully i can talk the BF into building that for me.

I was living alone when i met her - and then she somehow managed to insinuate herself into my life - She lost the place she was living in and so I let her stay in the sunroom of my old apartment. and then when the lease came up, i figured i could save soem money and help her become more self-sufficient (she is really crazy - bi-polar but medicated).


Well the years have gone on and she has completely gotten on my nerves and I am so ready to just have my space again. And be able to keep the A/c at a reasonable 72 - she bumps it down to 65 fucking degrees everytime I leave the house.

And as far as furnishings, try looking at resale shops. Pretty good buys sometimes.
